Each of our instructors is certified by Barre Forte based out of Denver, Co. In addition, they hold a second certification through Beyond Barre. These ladies are highly qualified to give you the best barre experience each and every workout. All of our instructors have a background in fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. These ladies work hard to keep every class unique. They will challenge you while encouraging you to work to your highest potential or modify a class for clients/friends with injuries or limitations. We are proud of our staff and were very selective in choosing the perfect instructors to fit our barre family.
